Last week Hadley and I headed to California to visit Grandma and Grandpa. This was Hadley's second airplane ride but first on Southwest Airlines. When we arrived in LA, the Captain, a friend of ours was gracious enough to take time out of his schedule to let me take a few photos of Hadley in the left seat. She did her daddy proud and flashed that famous smile. Grandma, Grandpa, Hadley and I met in Santa Monica where we had lunch at the Third Street Promenade and then took a stroll on the Santa Monica Pier where Hadley road on her first carousel.
